FRIENDS OF THE FOLK ART DONATION DAYS

October 2, 2021
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Calling all Folk Art Collectors! Are you moving? Downsizing? Decluttering? Redecorating? The Friends of Folk Art is holding two folk art donation days this fall. Here’s your chance to pass your gently-used folk art treasures on to other folk art fans. Volunteers will be available to unload your donations and prepare your tax receipt.  Donations will be sold at the annual Folk Art Flea and other events to benefit the Museum of International Folk Art.

This event is sponsored by Friends of Folk Art (FOFA), Museum of International Folk Art.

FOFA comprises an especially creative, close-knit group of members whose exclusive social and educational events promise popular and profound experiences that highlight and build upon museum exhibitions and collections. The group’s colorful annual calendar includes folk art collectors’ home tours; hands-on workshops and engagement with international and local folk artists; and lectures by experts who delve deeper into the diversity of world folk art.
